Okay, why does everybody have to post this while I try to forget about it? I have been staring at insanely beautiful photos of this bag. There are couple of them.

There is Devere satchel above, and there is Lydia clutch below. Metallic color makes me crazy ;)

This is my new friend "Mavi", blue in Turkish. Loved it at first sight. No break lever, no gear :) Soo old-fashioned! Needing a basket to carry my stuff to the office. I, too am all in blue, btw ;)

Atıl Kutoğlu t-shirt

Impressive! Very-well organized! I was very proud to show our rich culture with beautiful replicas to the world. I wore my crescent-star t-shirt by Atıl Kutoğlu for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC), paired up with my beautiful aysedeniz silk pants. FTBC logo is on the bottom right side. By the way, aysedeniz is moving to a much bigger place and will be with you with more amazing designs.

We had a blast in the city of Mardin. Oh my, we watched the cook make çiğ köfte (steak tartare a la Turca ;) ), mouth watering process from the very beginning to the end along with live music. Yağmur wasn't really shy to ask for the 6th piece :D You can find detailed information about the festival here. I will write more about festival, traditional costumes.

Çok etkileyici! Özenle hazırlanmış! Zengin kültürümüzü güzel replikalarla dünyaya tanıtıyor olmak çok gurur vericiydi. Atıl Kutoğlu'nun Moda Meme Kanserine Karşı hareketi için tasarladığı Ay-yıldız tişörtümü, aysedeniz ipek pantolonumla birlikte giyindim. Moda Meme Kanserine Karşı logosu da sağ alt köşede. Bu arada, aysedeniz çok daha büyük bir yere geçiyor ve daha fazla muhteşem tasarımla sizlerle olacak.

Mardin'de çok eğlendik ;) Canlı müzik eşliğinde baştan sona ağzımız aka aka :) çiğ köfte yapılışını izledik. Yağmur 6'ncıyı isterken bile çekinmedi :D Festival hakkında daha detaylı bilgiye buradan ulaşabilirsiniz. Festival ve geleneksel kıyafetler hakkında yazmaya devam edeceğim.

These shirts are from a few years back. They've been resting for a while in the closet, and I decided to let them get some fresh air. The one with the big bow is Twist limited edition and the summery one is Zara.

I've got these jeans in my post-pregnancy months. These are supposed to be skinny, but I like them this way. From Diesel Denim Gallery. Hand-sewn in New York SoHo store. Limited edition. Life-time warranty :) Seriously, they even offer to do the washing every time since they recognize each product as a piece of art. I believe there are only 3 or 4 stores in the world. The little sewing machine embroidery on the back makes it unique.

Bu kot pantalonumu doğum sonrası almıştım. Dar pantolon olması lazım ama bu şeklini daha çok seviyorum. Diesel Denim Galeri'den. New York SoHo mağazasında dikilmiş. Sınırlı üretimlerinden. Hayat boyu garantisi var :) Gerçekten, hatta herbir ürünü sanat eseri gibi gördüklerinden, tüm yıkamaları kendilerinin yapmasını öneriyorlar. Sanırım dünyada sadece 3 ya da 4 mağazaları var. Arkasındaki minik dikiş makinesi işlemesi, onu benzersiz kılıyor.

Steve Jobs gave a commencement speech at Stanford in 2005. I've listened to this inspirational speech long ago. And today, in honor of him, I wanted to share the most memorable quotes:

Today was pouring rain. See the difference between today's weather and the day of my last post. Literally 30 degrees colder. I wasn't planning to put my kids' photos to the blog, but Yağmur got new boots today, wanted me to take her pictures and show them in the blog :) Believe me, I have nothing to do with any of the poses ;) After shooting these, we went to a birthday party.

Bugün bardaktan boşanırcasına yağmur yağıyordu. Dünkü yazıdaki ile bugünkü hava arsaındaki farkı görüyorsunuz değil mi? Tam 16 derece daha soğuktu. Bloga artık çocuklarımın fotoğraflarını koymayı düşünmüyordum ama Yağmur yeni çizmelerinin fotoğrafını çekip onları size göstermemi istedi :) İnanın bana verdiği pozlarda hiçbir etkim yok ;) Fotoğrafları çektikten sonra bir doğumgünü partisine gittik.

Son fotoğraftaki yüz ifademe bakın, sanırım cadılar bayramına hazırlanıyorum :P

White caftan and bra top are Derishow. I like everything from Derishow, so edgy. Had fun shooting these in our frontyard :) My fuchsia shorts, pink lips, and cheesy iPhone case :) Being bare foot is so relaxing.
